At Rebecca Vallance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality control.
